Debido al espacio limitado para conferencias, le recomendamos que se registre con anticipación para evitar decepciones.
- Sustituciones/cancelaciones: Siempre que se haya pagado el total de la cuota, se permiten sustituciones sin cargo adicional hasta 1 semana antes del evento. A partir de una semana y hasta el día del evento estará sujeto a una cuota de administración igual al 10% de la cuota total que se transferirá. De lo contrario, todas las reservas pueden tener una responsabilidad de cancelación del 50% inmediatamente después de que JP Mundo LLC haya recibido un contrato de venta firmado (según se define anteriormente) La cancelación debe recibirse seis (6) semanas antes del evento para poder utilizar su saldo en un evento futuro que se realice. A partir de entonces, la tarifa completa de la conferencia se paga y no es reembolsable. El cargo por servicio no es reembolsable ni acreditable. Los plazos de pago son cinco días.
*Todos los pagos con tarjeta de crédito se cobrarán en USD.Todos los cargos bancarios por transacciones internacionales deben ser pagados por el cliente.
*El destinatario debe recibir el monto del acuerdo NETO en la cuenta bancaria. La falta de pago o la falta de asistencia no constituye cancelación. Al firmar este contrato, el participante acepta que en caso de disputa o cancelación de este contrato, JP Mundo LLC no podrá mitigar sus pérdidas por menos del 50% del valor total del contrato. Si, por cualquier motivo, JP Mundo LLC decide cancelar o posponer esta conferencia, JP Mundo LLC no es responsable de cubrir el pasaje aéreo, hotel u otros costos de viaje en los que incurra el cliente. El participante de la conferencia no será reembolsado, pero podrá ser acreditado para una conferencia futura. El contenido del evento está sujeto a cambios sin previo aviso.
Derechos de autor, etc.: Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre todos los materiales producidos o distribuidos por JP Mundo LLC en relación con este evento están reservados expresamente, y cualquier duplicación, publicación o distribución no autorizada está prohibida. - Substitutions/cancellations: As long as the full fee has been paid, substitutions are allowed without additional charge up to 1 week before the event. From one week and until the day of the event, it will be subject to an administration fee equal to 10% of the total fee that will be transferred. *All credit card payments will be charged in USD. All bank charges for international transactions must be paid by the customer.
*Recipient must receive NET settlement amount in bank account. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. By signing this contract, the participant accepts that in the event of a dispute or cancellation of this contract, JP Mundo LLC will not be able to mitigate its losses for less than 50% of the total value of the contract. If, for any reason, JP Mundo LLC decides to cancel or postpone this conference, JP Mundo LLC is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by the client. The conference participant will not be reimbursed, but may be credited for a future conference. Event content is subject to change without notice.
Copyright, etc.: All intellectual property rights to all materials produced or distributed by JP Mundo LLC in connection with this event are expressly reserved, and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
