Refund Policy

Our services, conferences, summits and events are our products. Products provided by JP Mundo, LLC (hereafter referred to as “JPMundo”) may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.

“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date in which the Registration form is signed and received by JPMundo or the date payment of a product or service is processed, whichever occurs first, by JPMundo in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Registration Agreement.

"Refund Period", you may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with JPMundo’s customer service within the refund time frame specified herein.

No Refund After Start of Event. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to the event. You may elect to cancel your reservation for an event or product with us at any time, but upon start of the registered event you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.

  • Substitutions/cancellations: As long as the full fee has been paid, substitutions are allowed without additional charge up to 1 week before the event. From one week and until the day of the event, it will be subject to an administration fee equal to 10% of the total fee that will be transferred. Otherwise, all reservations may have a 50% cancellation liability immediately after JPMundo has received a signed sales contract (as defined above) Cancellation must be received six (6) weeks prior to the event in order to use your balance in a future event that takes place. Thereafter, the full conference fee is payable and is non-refundable. The service charge is non-refundable and non-creditable.

Payment terms are five days. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. By signing this contract, the participant accepts that in the event of a dispute or cancellation of this contract, JPMundo will not be able to mitigate its losses for less than 50% of the total value of the contract. If, for any reason, JP Mundo decides to cancel or postpone this conference, JPMundo is not responsible for covering airfare,

hotel or other travel costs incurred by the client. The conference participant will not be reimbursed, but may be credited for a future conference. Event content is subject to change without notice.

Exceptions – VIPS and General Attendees without sponsorship – 100% If request is made 45 days (or prior) of the date of the scheduled event/conference/summit. 50% If request is made 15 days (or prior) of the date of the schedule event/conference/summit.

No refund within 5 days of the scheduled event/conference/summit.
